Discriminating patients with paediatric idiopathic hyperhidrosis from healthy subjects with infrared thermography and machine learning classifiers

Abstract: Idiopathic hyperhidrosis (IH) is a medical condition characterised by excessive sweating beyond what is physiologically necessary for thermoregulation affecting mainly the axillae and palms.
