Abstract:An electronic nose containing an array of gas sensors with interdigitated electrodes coated with nanocomposites based on polyaniline (Pani) combined with carboxylated multiwalled carbon nanotubes doped with different acids was used to discriminate artificial strawberry aromas. Principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) were used to investigate if the electronic nose was able to distinguish between different strawberry aromas. In addition, a nonlinear projection of the interactive… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
