Abstract: We investigated the relationship between discrimination, wellness, and social support among counseling students who identified as Black, Indigenous, or people of color (BIPOC). Results indicated that perceived discrimination negatively predicted counseling students’ wellness, and social support played a buffering role in the negative effect of perceived discrimination on wellness.
