Discussion: Replacement of Shaped Textured Implants with Round Smooth Implants in Breast Reconstruction: Long-Term Outcomes

Abstract: W e commend Ayyala et al. for their longitudinal study of patients undergoing replacement of shaped, textured breast implants with round, smooth implants in the setting of subpectoral breast reconstruction.
