Disordered region of cereblon is required for efficient degradation by proteolysis-targeting chimera

Abstract: Proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) are an emerging strategy for promoting targeted protein degradation by inducing the proximity between targeted proteins and E3 ubiquitin ligases.
