Abstract:In this paper, we use the CAL3QHC air dispersion model to predict the concentration of air pollutants of interest at desired locations. We utilize the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator (MOVES) to generate the emission levels used in our analysis. Using the output from the air dispersion model, we will develop site-specific emission information.
