Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction followed by green high-performance liquid chromatography for fluconazole determination in cerebrospinal fluid with the aid of chemometric tools

Abstract: A new method, simple and fast, for fluconazole (FLU) quantification in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples using dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) and an eco-friendly mobile phase for HPLC-PDA was developed.
