Abstract:Purpose
To examine deformations of the optic nerve head (ONH) deep tissues in response to acute elevation of intraocular pressure (IOP).
Methods
Research-consented brain-dead organ donors underwent imaging by spectral domain optical coherence tomography (OCT).
