Disruption of morphogenic and growth pathways in lysosomal storage diseases

Abstract: The lysosome achieved a new protagonism that highlights its multiple cellular functions, such as in the catabolism of complex substrates, nutrient sensing, and signaling pathways implicated in cell metabolism and growth.
