Disseminated cerebral and spinal tuberculomas: rare cause of triparesis

Abstract: Tuberculosis continues to remain a significant public health problem in developing nations, causing substantial morbidity and mortality. Central nervous system (CNS) tuberculosis is frequently observed in endemic zones of tuberculosis including India.
