Abstract:Porokeratosis is a group of chronic dermatoses characterized by the presence of cornoid lamellae. Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) is a common subtype, presenting as multiple small annular scaly lesions primarily in sun-exposed areas.
