Disseminated Tuberculosis Imitating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract: Introduction: Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) is one of the most common causes of disseminated granulomatous diseases especially in developing countries. Case Presentation: We present a patient who had an unusual type of tuberculosis who was misdiagnosed with some other common diseases such as infective endocarditis and collagen vascular diseases.
