Abstract:<b><i>Introduction:</i></b> Mesenteric fibromatosis (intra-abdominal desmoid tumor) is rare, with only a few cases reported in the literature. Clinical symptoms range from asymptomatic, nausea, early satiety, abdominal pain, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
