Information modeling currently plays an important role in technological processes in the design of design and working documentation and the performance of construction work at the facility at all stages of the life cycle of the facility. The aim of the study is to apply building information modeling (BIM) and the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), in the form of the most rational organizational and technological solutions in construction, which can lead to increased project . The object of research is the development of organizational and technological models for the performance of construction and installation works. The subject of research is organizational and technological parameters and factors influencing the process of applying building information modeling (BIM) and the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). Research methods: the theoretical, methodological and informational basis of the research is the applied developments of domestic and foreign experience in the field of project management and design automation in information modeling. The variants of application of methods of searching for new solutions and the main terms used in the theory of solving inventive tasks of TRIZ in the construction sector are considered. The tools and typical techniques of TRIZ are given: analysis, standards, an algorithm for solving inventive tasks, a diversionary approach to solving research problems.
