SOPC(System-on-a-Programmable-Chip) is a System-on-Chip solution based on FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array). SOPC integrates various digital logic modules such as microprocessors, controllers, memory, and IO interfaces onto a single FPGA chip. Leveraging the programmable nature of FPGA chips, SOPC achieves programmability of the entire system. High-power laser aging, also known as laser reliability testing, involves assessing the longevity of a laser through continuous monitoring of parameters such as optical power, operating current, operating voltage, surface temperature, etc., under constant current conditions over a specified duration. This process helps to determine whether the laser meets specified longevity standards. This paper presents a data acquisition card SOPC system utilizing domestically manufactured FPGA as the main control chip. This system is capable of controlling and organizing raw data collected from lasers, performing calculations, and then transmitting processed data to a host computer. It features coordinated operation between software and hardware, fast processing speed, and high reliability.
