Abstract:This article studies the secure formation control problem for autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) with directed event‐triggered communication subject to denial‐of‐service (DoS) attacks. DoS attack is a type of cyber‐attacks meant to cut down a network, thus causing legitimate neighbors to lose their expected communication in the control mechanism. A distributed secure formation control algorithm (DSFCA) is proposed to mitigate the negative impact of DoS attacks. Specifically, a model‐based dynamic event‐triggere… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
