Distribution Behavior of Single-Stranded DNA Molecules in an Amino-Group-Functionalized Silica Microparticle

Abstract: In this study, we investigated the distribution behavior of single-stranded DNA molecules with 20 bases in silica particles (particle size: ∼30 μm) using confocal fluorescence microspectroscopy.
