Abstract:Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is a key enzyme of folate pathway and mutation of the enzyme methylentetrahydrofolate reductase MTHFR C677T gene. But whether it has influence on the level of total homocysteine is still under debate.
