Diurnal Variation of IOP in Angle Closure Disease: Are We Doing Enough?

Abstract: Intraocular pressure (IOP) is known to have a definite circadian rhythm and its fluctuation correlates well with glaucoma progression. Twenty-four hour monitoring of IOP is an important indicator intraocular pressure fluctuation, as well as its peaks and spikes.
