Divergent enhancement of in vitro induced coagulopathy by microparticle subtypes

Abstract: Background Aggressive fluid therapy of patients following a major trauma may result in hypothermia, acidosis and haemodilution that deteriorates even further towards a trauma-induced coagulopathy.
