“…The East Qinling metallogenic belt (EQMB) is one of the most important polymetallic mineral provinces in China (Cao et al, ; Deng, Chen, Yao, Bagas, & Tang, ; Hu et al, ; Mao et al, ; Wang, Cheng, Zhang, Deng, & Xie, ). The Huaxiong Block is a representative mineral district in EQMB that hosts various types of deposits, especially those related to the regional Mesozoic magmatic‐hydrothermal activities, for example, porphyry–skarn Mo–W, epithermal Au, and orogenic Ag–Pb–Zn–Au deposits (Cao et al, ; Chen, Pirajno, Qi, Li, & Wang, ; Chen, Ye, & Wang, ; Fan, Hu, Wilde, Yang, & Jin, ; Han et al, ; Han, Yao, Chen, Deng, & Ding, ; Mao et al, ). The ore genesis, sources of ore‐forming fluid and material, and tectonic evolution of the metallic deposits have been well documented by previous studies (Chen et al, ; Chen, Pirajno, Li, Guo, & Lai, ; Han, Zhang, Pirajno, Wang, & Zhang, ; Li, Carranza, Ni, & Guo, ; Li, Chen, Pirajno, & Ni, ; Tang et al, ; Tian et al, ; Zhang, Ye, Zhou, & Meng, ).…”
