Abstract: Ramie [Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaud], which are known as “China grass”, which is famous for its excellent fibrous properties, such as high tensile strength, excellent thermal conductivity, silky luster, ventilation, moisture absorption and antibacterial properties. Endophytes can also be beneficial to their host by producing a range of natural products that could be harnessed for potential use in medicine, agriculture or industry.
