This study examines the role of ethical leadership in driving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) across four industries: energy, telecommunications, automotive and transportation, and hospitality and tourism. Through a case study approach, the research explores the strategies implemented by organizations to overcome industry-specific challenges and achieve meaningful DEIB outcomes. Key findings highlight the importance of ethical leadership in fostering inclusive cultures, with cross-industry insights revealing common success factors and obstacles. The study also identifies gaps in existing research, emphasizing the need for future studies to further explore the impact of ethical leadership on DEIB across diverse sectors. The results offer practical guidance for organizations seeking to enhance their DEIB efforts through ethical leadership, ultimately contributing to more inclusive and equitable workplaces globally.
