“…Stahl et al (2010) defined a cross-cultural team as a group of individuals with different cultural backgrounds who join together to work toward mutual goals for the benefit of their organization. Essentially, culturally diverse teams help expand their existing knowledge base by providing a greater pool of diverse information and knowledge their team members contribute (Boone et al, 2019;Godfrey et al, 2019). A key process that allows a cross-cultural team to generate innovative ideas is members' active knowledge sharing (Dong et al, 2017).…”

“…In line with the SDT, autonomous motivation was found to be positively related to cognitive, affective, and behavioral responses in both physical education and leisure time (Ntoumanis & Standage, 2009) and, thus, is expected to be positively associated with physical activity in the present study. In order to examine motivational regulation in physical education and physical activity in leisure time in cross-cultural contexts, as those are constantly of high interest in the sport and exercise domain (Godfrey et al, 2019), a valid and accurate German and French version of a wellestablished questionnaire for each context provides promising opportunities. Therefore, the aim of this study is to translate the PLOC-R and BREQ-II and to study the psychometric properties of the theory-based five-factor structure as both instruments originate from English-speaking samples.…”
