Diversity in Selected Grain Mineral and Protein among Pigeonpea Landraces

Abstract: Pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan) is an important grain legume that provides highly nutritious food for human consumption. It contains high amounts of protein, carbohydrates, fats as well as both macro- and micronutrients.
