Abstract:Necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum (NLD) is an idiopathic cutaneous granulomatous dermatitis. The disease is usually seen in people with diabetes mellitus. The treatment of NLD is quite difficult and takes a long time, particularly in ulcerated forms.
