DMAP-promoted oxidative functionalization of α-amino ketones via oxygen delivery from water/alcohols

Abstract: A novel strategy for oxidative functionalization of α-amino ketones with water/alcohols has been developed. A plausible mechanism suggests that DMAP functions as the proton acceptor and nucleophilic catalyst.
