DNA Interaction and Antitumor Activity of A Copper(II) Complex Containing Sparfloxacin and Triazine Derivatives

Abstract: DNA is an important target for antitumor drugs, hence investigation of the interaction between drug molecules and DNA can help to design targeted DNA antitumor drugs.
