Do Outcomes of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in Horseshoe Kidney in Children Differ from Adults? A Single-Center Experience

Abstract: Outcomes in child and adult HSKs do not differ significantly with respect to success rate and complications. Children have a relatively smaller stone burden compared with adults with a similar distribution. We found that most of the puncture can be made infracostal in children as well as adults.
