Abstract:(1) Background: The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of sex and age on the outcomes of hemiepiphysiodesis performed for genu valgum and varum deformity correction. (2) Methods: We analyzed patients who had undergone O-Plate hemiepiphysiodesis due to genu valgum or varum in the period of 2020–2023.
