Docencia virtual y satisfacción estudiantil en tiempos de pandemia

Abstract

El avance de la instrucción en línea en las universidades es una realidad para el desarrollo de las clases en tiempos de COVID-19, esto forzó, rápidamente a tener que estudiar a través de diversas plataformas virtuales y esto llevó los profesores a encarar nuevos desafíos, algunos de estos desafíos se analizarán en esta investigación. El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la docencia virtual y la satisfacción estudiantil en tiempos de pandemia en el 2022. Se realizó un estudio de diseño correlacional de corte transversal bajo un análisis cuantitativo con una muestra de 100 estudiantes de una universidad pública de Lima. El instrumento empleado fue la escala de likert, el resultado fue que el 57% percibe que la docencia virtual se desarrolla en un nivel regular y el 15% percibe un nivel malo. Se concluyó que la docencia virtual en una universidad nacional de Lima se relaciona directamente con la satisfacción de los alumnos; es decir que, si la docencia virtual mejora los estudiantes se sentirán mejor, lo que genera una mejor motivación y rendimiento. El estudiantado aprecia el empleo de métodos activos y de herramientas TIC
