Docetaxel as Single-Agent Treatment in Elderly Patients with Advanced Breast Cancer

Abstract: Docetaxel as a single agent is active in elderly patients with advanced breast cancer. The use of prophylactic G-CSF allowed the administration of high doses of docetaxel with minimal myelosuppression.
