This research explores the evolving landscape of technopreneurship within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Addressing pertinent issues, analyzing current trends, and outlining future directions, the study delves into the challenges and opportunities arising from the increasing intersection of technology and entrepreneurship for SMEs. Through a comprehensive examination, it identifies key impediments to the seamless integration of technopreneurial practices in Indonesian SMEs and dissects emerging trends. The research employs a bibliometric analysis, drawing insights from 511 scholarly articles in the Google Scholar database, to examine recent trends and potential research trajectories in technopreneurship within Indonesian SMEs. Utilizing VOSviewer, Harzing's Publish or Perish, and Microsoft Excel, the investigation identifies seven major thematic clusters, including technopreneurship, innovation, small and medium enterprises, and innovative capability. Additionally, the study provides a roadmap for future research, guiding scholars, practitioners, and policymakers toward unexplored realms and innovative strategies to foster technologically-driven entrepreneurship in the SME sector. By delving into the intricacies of technopreneurship, the research aims to contribute valuable insights that enrich academic discourse and offer practical guidance for stakeholders aiming to harness technology's full potential in SMEs for sustained growth and innovation.
