Does once-a-week boxing training improve strength and reaction time?

Abstract: Aim: In the aim of this study is to examine the effects of 12-week boxing training once a week on some physical parameters. Material and Methods: In the study, 13 recreation students (age 19.04±8.15 years, weight 66.75±6.85kg, height 175.46±4.44cm) were participated.
