Global warming has emerged as a serious threat to humans and sustainable development. China is under increasing pressure to curb its carbon emissions as the world’s largest emitter of carbon dioxide. By combining the Tapio decoupling model and the environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) framework, this paper explores the relationship between China’s carbon emissions and economic growth. Based on panel data of 29 provinces from 2007 to 2016, this paper quantitatively estimates the nexus of carbon emissions and economic development for the whole nation and the decoupling status of individual provinces. There is empirical evidence for the conventional EKC hypothesis, showing that the relationship between carbon emissions and per capita gross domestic product (GDP) is an inverted U shape and that the inflection point will not be attained soon. Moreover, following the estimation results of the Tapio decoupling model, there were significant differences between individual provinces in decoupling status. As a result, differentiated and targeted environmental regulations and policies regarding energy consumption and carbon emissions should be reasonably formulated for different provinces and regions based on the corresponding level of economic development and decoupling status.

It shows the monetary investigation in west countries the big flow in economy by the gross value change effects, also the value of debt policy with debt management strategies to control the budgetary risk of long-term economy from sustainability. The intellectual policies of inflation, GDP, trade, and services and merchandise trade has effected on the West African country’s monetary policies. The implication of trade by a lag of exchange rate indicators has a positive and significant effect. The estimated results reflect the dynamic implication of trade with liquidity and proper monitoring policies. The GDP, gross value (GVA), debt policies, equity of public administration, trade in service and merchandise trade is positive and significant, all are significant. We suggest the optimum control of liquidity with trade service policy recommendations in different countries. The research method was based on 5 countries from the 16 countries of western African and elaborated by their individual indicators with the least square method. The gross value of debts and public administration controlled the development aim of an entire state with strategic and planned environment for state and reduce the level of inflation in small and enterprise section and the results analyzed the policy makers implement planned in implication of trade with domestic currency and long run endogeneity. The results analyzed the monetary policies affecting the level of growth of an individual country.

As an important single source to carbon emissions, China's power industry should bear social responsibility for mitigating climate change. To explore what low-carbon development means for the industry, a novel approach that combines the extended multilevel LMDI model with Tapio algorithm was conducted to study the drivers of carbon emissions in the power industry and whether CO 2 emissions from power output is out of sync with economic development, covering the period from 1996 to 2016. Our results come to the following: 1. Carbon emissions from electricity output are characterized by increases and volatility, with an average annual growth rate of 7.05%. The carbon emission factor of electricity, facilitating to compute CO 2 data, shows a decline. 2. The positive driving factors are economic activity effect (169.53%), population scale effect (9.29%), fuel mix structure effect (0.41%), and electricity trade effect (1.05%); the negative driving factors are electricity intensity effect (-46.38%), power generation efficiency effect (-24.93%), and power generation structure effect (-8.97%). 3. Weak decoupling and expansive decoupling are the main status during the research period. The electricity intensity effect is the main force to promote the decoupling process. 4. The market-oriented reform in the power industry in 2003 has a significant effect. The generationside competition mechanism successfully changes the historical developmental trend of the decoupling elastic index.
