“…Psychological capital was first proposed by Fred Luthans, a famous American scholar, in 2004 and extended to the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) ( Luthans et al, 2004 ). He put forward four dimensions of PsyCap, namely, hope, efficiency, tenacity, and optimization, thereby laying the theoretical foundation of many subsequent studies in the field of psychology ( Barratt and Duran, 2021 ; Gomes et al, 2021 ; Lu D. et al, 2021 ).
