Abstract: rAj-Tspin, a soluble recombinant peptide from Apostichopus japonicus , can inhibit the integrin β1 (ITGB1)/FAK/AKT signaling pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) via cell epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) and apoptosis.
