Abstract:A retrospective chart analysis was performed of 66 patients with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) who underwent either single endoscopic carpal tunnel release (ECTR) or staged bilateral ECTR to determine the frequency and timing of contralateral surgery.
