Dönüştürücü Li̇derli̇k Davranişlarinin İş Tatmi̇ni̇ Üzeri̇ndeki̇ Etki̇si̇: Vakif Üni̇versi̇tesi̇ Örneği̇

Abstract: Öz Yönetim bilimi alanında liderlik konusu son zamanlarda öne çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmalarda, farklı liderlik davranışları incelenmiştir. Dönüştürücü liderlik davranışı da bu liderlik türlerinden biridir.
