Doppler Echocardiographic Study of Right Ventricular Systolic Performance in Inferior Myocardial Infarction

Abstract: Twenty-four male patients with myocardial infarction (MI) without clinical and electrocardiographic signs of right ventricular (RV) involvement were selected to enter the study.
