Abstract:Aim: Sepsis patients are more prone to have sub-therapeutic drug
concentrations and so treatment failures. Non optimized dosage regimen
of antibiotics is one of the prime reasons why the prevalence of
antibiotic resistance is rising. This study aimed to propose optimized
