Dose-response trial of pregabalin adjunctive therapy in patients with partial seizures

Abstract: Adjunctive therapy with pregabalin 150, 300, and 600 mg/d, given in twice-daily doses without titration, is significantly effective and well tolerated in the treatment of patients with partial seizures as demonstrated in patients with refractory partial seizures.
