Doses de paclobutrazol sobre a biomassa microbiana do solo

Abstract: ResumoO objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito de doses crescentes de paclobutrazol sobre a biomassa microbiana, respiração e quociente respiratório (qCO 2 ) do solo. Os tratamentos consistiram de seis doses de paclobutrazol: 0, 8, 16, 32, 64 e 128 mg i.a. por kg -1 de um Neossolo, correspondendo a 0x, 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x e 16x a dose recomendada para aplicação no campo. Já para Sampaio et al (2010), a aplicação de paclobutrazol ocasionou a diminuição da biomassa microbiana do solo.
