In order to solve the health problems caused by long-term sitting, the structure design and research of the zero-gravity sofa are carried out by using the theory of ergonomics. Starting from the theory of ergonomics, according to the requirements of the zero-gravity function of the sofa, the sofa structure in different states is analyzed. The skeleton structure design, the leg extension structure design, the balanced force structure design, etc. are carried out for modular design analysis and determined the preliminary design scheme of the sofa and checked the sofa in ANSYS Workbench, and finally, a simple structure is designed, which is easy to achieve zero gravity, a space-saving zero-gravity sofa.
