Double-hole anode glow discharge in axial magnetic field at low pressures

Abstract: The influence of magnetic field on glow plasma was studied by the self-designed double-hole anode discharge device, and the relationship between ignition voltage and gas pressure under different magnetic fields is obtained. In addition, the influence of magnetic field on the spatial distribution of plasma density is studied by changing different magnetic field configurations.
