Abstract:AbstractMultiple arterial and venous thromboses are usually related to thrombophilia or antiphospholipid syndrome. Recurrent pulmonary embolism strongly indicates the presence of genetic or acquired thrombophilic factors. Simultaneous double arterial in situ thromboses are unusual, even in thrombophilic conditions.
