Down-regulation of miR-30a-3p/5p promotes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell proliferation by activating the Wnt signaling pathway

Abstract: AIMTo investigate the potential role of microRNA-30a (miR-30a) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).METHODSExpression of miR-30a-3p/5p was analyzed using microarray data and fresh ESCC tissue samples.
