Abstract: Doxorubicin (DOX) is a type of chemotherapy with harmful side effects due to its accumulation in various tissues. DOX is widely known for having a significant effect on skeletal muscle atrophy. The most significant of these side effects is DOX-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in skeletal muscle atrophy.
