Abstract: Background: The treatment of complex diseases taking multiple drugs becomes popular. However, drug-drug interactions (DDIs) may give rise to the risk of unanticipated adverse effects and even unknown toxicity. DDI detection in the wet lab is expensive and time-consuming.
