External factors are: coordination of humanitarian organizations (Maon et al , 2009; Scholten et al , 2010; Nagurney and Qiang, 2012; Holguín-Veras et al , 2012) and media (Van Wassenhove, 2006); it will have a well-built impact on the disaster relief operation.…”
